The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and learning.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
Adapt support to meet individual pupils' needs.
Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
Is patient, empathetic, resilient and proactive.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Has previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable, but not essential).
