The Role

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils to access learning, develop their confidence and build positive relationships. You will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to support individual learning and wellbeing.

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • SEND experience is highly desirable
  • Patient, caring and resilient approach
  • Confident supporting learning and behaviour
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils
  • Reliable, proactive and adaptable
