Supervisor - SSSTS
Job Description
Russell Taylor are looking for an experienced SSSTS Supervisor to oversee a refurbishment on MOD housing on both void and occupied properties in multiple locations . Due to the type of refurbs being carried out the successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of building and construction on residential properties, as our client works on multiple locations in Oxford, London and surrounding areas you will be required to travel (Expenses will be paid) to different sites. Your duties will include:
Overseeing Subcontractors
Basic site inductions
Toolbox Talks
Attending weekly meeting with the main client
Overseeing Kitchen and bathroom Refurbs
Flagging any health and Safety concerns
Making sure subcontractors are working to required deadlines
To be put forward for this position you must have the following:
Right to work in the UK
SSSTS
CSCS/JIB
Valid DBS Check
First Aid
Access to transport
