Site Manager - Fire Remediation & Facade Projects

-250 - -375 per day DOE + Travel Covered + Long term pipeline of work secured-

Due to continued project wins, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior-Site Manager to oversee a major fire remediation scheme in Cambridge, with the opportunity for long-term work beyond the initial project.



The Project


  • 4 residential blocks delivered across 2 phases

  • Fire remediation works

  • Brickwork removal and reinstatement

  • Cladding replacement and external envelope works

  • Full scaffold package

  • Internal window ceil replacement and redecoration works

The Experience You'll Need


  • Previous experience managing cladding, fa-ade, fire remediation or external envelope projects

  • Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills

  • Good understanding of building safety and remediation works

  • Ability to manage programme, quality, H&S and client relationships

  • CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (advantageous)

  • Experience delivering projects under EWS1, FRAEW or similar remediation programmes

  • NVQ Level 6 Construction Site Management or equivalent (preferred)
