Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including kitchen surfaces and equipment
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders accurately
• Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures
