Job Description

- Overseeing all financial aspects of the assigned construction project
- Monitoring and managing project costs and budgets
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures
- Negotiating and liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant construction regulations
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
- Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategies within the property industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior QS should have:

- Proficiency in relevant QS software
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- An in-depth understanding of construction, specifically roofing
- Proven experience managing budgets within the property industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary
