Production Operative

Location: Outskirts of Colchester, Essex - Own transport required
Pay: -12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary / Ad-hoc
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing and production company based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex, on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, temporary work who enjoys hands-on duties in a busy production environment.

Please note: Due to the rural location of the site, candidates must have access to their own transport.

Duties of the Production Operative

• Operating machinery and running the production line
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Palletising and wrapping finished goods
• Supporting other areas of the operation as required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks and being on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and willing to work in a hands-on production environment
