Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer/Multi for a full-time role.

Our client is a well-established Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 required).
• Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery.
• Carry out general property maintenance and responsive repairs.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective, long-lasting solutions.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service.
• Use PDA/mobile systems to manage and update job information.
• Work professionally within occupied and tenanted properties.

Essential Requirements

• Strong plastering skills and relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property maintenance and tenanted properties.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

Desirable: CSCS card (training may be provided).
