PARTS SUPERVISOR
Location: Bath
Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

You'll play a key role in keeping the Parts Department running smoothly, managing stock, supporting colleagues and working closely with the Sales and Service teams. If you've got strong parts experience and are ready for more responsibility, this could be the next move.

THE ROLE
As a Parts Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department while helping to maximise efficiency, profitability and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Managing and maintaining Parts stock levels
andmiddot;Ensuring the Parts Department and stock areas are organised and efficient
andmiddot;Supporting the profitability and performance of the department
andmiddot;Monitoring and working towards KPIs and budgets
andmiddot;Working closely with the Service and Sales teams
andmiddot;Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues and suppliers
andmiddot;Handling parts-related enquiries efficiently and professionally
andmiddot;Supporting and motivating the wider Parts team

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
andmiddot;Previous experience within an Automotive Parts Department
andmiddot;Experience as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or similar
andmiddot;Supervisory or leadership experience would be highly beneficial
andmiddot;Experience managing KPIs, performance and budgets
andmiddot;Strong customer service and communication skills
andmiddot;A confident telephone manner
andmiddot;Good IT and organisational skills
andmiddot;The ability to work independently and as part of a team
andmiddot;A proactive, people-focused approach
