Multi-Trades required in Croydon, Surrey.

Our client is a small maintenance contractor who are carrying out planned maintenance for a number of housing associations and landlords around Croydon, Wimbledon & Redhill areas. If getting on well this can lead to a long run of work.

While you will be required to have your own transport, fuel will be covered (fuel card provided).

Ideally you will be competent in 3 or more of the below trades:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Plastering/Patch Repairs
• Painting/Decorating
• Tiling
• Flooring

Must have:

• Relevant experience
• Own tools & transport
• Checkable references
