Graduate Building Surveyor

1st Select are working with a well-established and growing property consultancy based in South London who are looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in Building Surveying within a supportive and professional environment, with the opportunity to work towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of building surveying work, allowing you to develop strong technical and client-facing experience while working alongside experienced surveyors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related property discipline
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Building Surveying
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• An ambition to work towards MRICS qualification
