Duration: 3.5 Weeks

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Forklift Driver (Telehandler) to work on a busy residential construction site in Totnes for a 3.5-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a telescopic forklift (Telehandler) safely and efficiently on a housing development site.
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials around site.
• Assisting trades and site management with material movements.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Maintaining safe working practices in line with site health and safety regulations.
• Supporting general site duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift ticket.
• Previous experience operating a Telehandler on residential housing sites.
• Full PPE (Hard Hat, High-Vis Vest, Safety Boots).
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
