FARMSHOP FOOD HALL RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER, NEAR NEWMARKET
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum | 42 hours per week | Full-time, Permanent
Love great food? Ready to lead from the front?We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Farm Shop Retail Manager to take the lead in a thriving Food Hall packed with quality produce, artisan cheeses, locally sourced meats, freshly baked goods and fantastic products from across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a retail manager who loves great food, enjoys leading a team and knows how to turn a brilliant product range into a brilliant shopping experience.
Due to location, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver
What you'll be doing:Leading, motivating and developing your team.
Creating an inviting Food Hall with outstanding product displays.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.
Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
Driving sales, controlling costs and maximising profit.
Introducing exciting products, seasonal displays and promotions.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and retail standards.
Retail management experience, ideally in a farm shop, deli, food hall or speciality food business.
A genuine passion for quality food and local produce.
A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Salary up to £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
42 hours per week
