Commercial Lead – Frankfurt, Germany
Job Description
Salter Grange is recruiting a Commercial Lead for a leading European contractor on a large data centre project in Frankfurt.
As Commercial Lead, you'll head the project's commercial team and advise the construction team on all cost and contract matters.
Commercial Lead responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly applications, including remeasures, variations and claims
- Manage subcontract accounts from award to final account
- Forecast turnover and cash flow, and report commercial risks
- Coach the commercial team and improve commercial processes
Commercial Lead requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, or an engineering degree with commercial experience
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience with a general contractor
- Excellent English; SAP experience is a plus
- Data centre, CSA and MEP experience desirable
