Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone
Duration: Permanent
Pay Rate: Circa £15 - £16 per hour

We are currently recruiting for CNC Operators to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Dungannon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine operator looking to work with high-specification equipment in a modern manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machinery, producing high-quality machined components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
* Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Set up and operate CNC milling machinery to manufacture components to precise tolerances.
* Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks in accordance with company quality procedures.
* Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the Team Leader.
* Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimum performance.
* Work flexibly to support production requirements and business needs.

Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in a CNC Operator or similar manufacturing role.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Desirable Criteria:
* 3+ years' experience operating CNC machinery.
* Experience working with Fanuc i-Series controls.
* Previous experience within a precision engineering environment.
* Experience working to strict quality standards and inspection procedures.
* Ability to edit CNC milling programs and make machining offsets.
* Understanding of engineering tolerances and machining principles.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 07:30 to 16:30
Friday - 07:30 to 13:30
