Construction Buyer | Residential & Mixed-Use Developments

An ambitious property developer is looking for an experienced Buyer to support a growing pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects across Greater Manchester.

You'll be responsible for procuring materials, plant, and subcontract packages, ensuring developments remain on programme and within budget.

• Procuring materials, plant, and subcontract packages
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and supplier agreements
• Managing supplier relationships and performance
• Monitoring costs, lead times, and market trends
• Supporting commercial teams with cost control and reporting
• Coordinating deliveries to meet project programmes

• Previous construction buying experience
• Residential or housebuilding experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
