Administrator - Damp & Mould Team
Contract:-Temporary / Interim (3-6 months)-
Rate:-Competitive
We are seeking an organised and proactive-Administrator-to support a busy-Damp & Mould Team-within a housing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from tenants and residents.
- Scheduling inspections, surveys, and remedial works with residents and contractors.
- Updating and maintaining housing management systems with accurate case information.
- Inputting, monitoring, and tracking damp and mould records and compliance data.
- Liaising with surveyors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure appointments are completed.
- Producing reports, correspondence, and general administrative documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping residents updated on the progress of their cases.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services would be advantageous.
